Your tracking details will be auto-emailed to you when they become available. When the package has been scanned in, the carrier will provide an estimated delivery date for your shipment.

If you have not received your shipment, or an attempted delivery card, by the end of business on the expected delivery date, contact us. We will initiate a trace with the shipping company, who will then complete an investigation into the whereabouts of your package. During the course of this investigation, you may be contacted by the carrier for verification purposes.

It is important that you contact us within 20 business days of the shipment date to report any issues with delivery, receipt, damages or other problems related to your shipment. Review our Terms of Sale for more information.
