What if I don't receive my order?
Every shipment is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature upon delivery.

Once your package is processed by Canada Post, you will receive email confirmation that your package has shipped along with tracking information.

Your tracking information will specify an expected delivery date. If your package does not reach you by the end of that business day, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with Canada Post and start the process to recover the lost package or issue a replacement package to you (at no additional cost to you).

If Canada Post attempts to deliver your package and no one is available to sign for it, then they will leave a card with information denoting when and where you can pick it up.

An important side note - if your package is damaged when you receive it from Canada Post - DO NOT ACCEPT IT OR SIGN FOR IT! By accepting and/or signing for the package, you are agreeing that the package has arrived in acceptable condition and it may cause problems with liability if you later discover that there are items missing from your package. Simply refuse the package on the grounds it is damaged, and contact us immediately to notify us of the problem so we can issue a replacement package to you.
