A record 48 teams are taking part in FIFA World Cup 2026TM/MC, which kicks off at historic Estadio Azteca Mexico City on June 11, 2026. Canada will host 13 of the 104 matches, with Toronto and Vancouver among the tournament’s 16 North American host cities.

Designed by Canadian artist Glen Green, your coin’s reverse features the official FIFA World Cup 2026TM/MC emblem at the centre, with the FIFA World CupTM/MC Trophy placed within the vertically stacked hosting year (“26”). The bold “2” and “6” shapes from the official emblem scatter across the background, their vibrant colours creating a dynamic, celebratory backdrop. The official event designation in English and French is located at the top and bottom of the coin, respectively. The obverse features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Canadian artist Steven Rosati.
